Tara McGregor, Associate 

Qualifications: Bsc. Honours (First Class – Plant Scienc, MSc Public Policy with distinction), University of Glasgow, Level 5 Diploma Professional Management Coach and Mentor

Tara is a highly skilled researcher with strong skills and experience of leading major research projects, including evaluations and developing learning materials and training programmes. 

Tara previously worked with the Scottish Government as part of the Faststream programme. She undertook a number of policy roles, including in the Lifelong Learning and Skills team. Here she had responsibility for the SCQF and worked on wider lifelong learning policies. During her time in Government she led on three separate consultation processes.

Tara has used a coaching approach in her organisational development work over the last ten years. She formalised her experience in this field by gaining an ILM Level 5 Diploma for professional coaches and mentors. She has supported third sector leaders to develop more enterprising approaches, public sector officers to improve their profile and impact and individuals to improve their personal effectiveness and plan for their future.
